By accessing the GEM Enterprise platform, you agree to comply with our security protocols and operational standards. Our services are provided under a dual-platform model covering both digital security and physical asset management.
2. Security Obligations
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. GEM Enterprise provides 24/7 monitoring, but active participation in security hygiene is required.
3. Liability Framework
Our liability is structured to reflect the complex nature of cyber threats and physical asset recovery. Detailed coverage limits are defined in specific service level agreements (SLAs).
